It's short for Peanut Butter Swiss Meringue Buttercream, the absolute creamiest most delicious frosting ever! June 2020 |  HARRY POTTER BIRTHDAYLittle golden snitch pops! These are super simple to make as far as custom cake pops go. Just dip your pops as normal then brush with gold dust once cool. Then, on a separate tray with parchment paper, use a spatula to drag white chocolate in a feather shape. Once those are cooled solid, attach them with a little splotch of white chocolate! June 2020 |

My favorite detail is the way the light shines through the veins from the petal mold. I highly recommend using a petal mold for gum paste flowers, it really makes all the difference. February 2020 |

It's so pretty and varied, the colors are just dreamy! But it was just a random brand of seasonal sprinkles at the craft store, so I don't know if I'll be able to buy more when I run out! And my first order of the year, chocolate and confetti flavored cake Toy Story cake pops for a 3rd birthday party! These got a great reaction and I had a 2 other moms ask me to pencil them in for some of these. Buzz was my favorite to make, can you tell? January 2020 |  TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE POPSTrying something new, instead of using frosting to bind the cake crumbs, I used melted dark chocolate and it held together really well!
